Expired Drugs

The Professional Practice Committee of the College has considered, over the past year, an increasing number of cases involving members having expired drugs for sale on their pharmacy shelves. Members are reminded that to have outdated drugs for sale in a pharmacy constitutes professional misconduct and may result in discipline.
