Downloading Instructions:

To print the PDF () document, simply click on the link, once the PDF document has opened, click on "File" and then "Print".

To save the Word () document to your computer (PC or MAC – provided you have MS Word installed on your computer)
  • click on the above link to open the document
  • click on “File” on the Toolbar
  • select “Save As” on the drop down menu
  • save the document to your computer

To save the Word () document to your PDA (provided you have the correct software compatible for MS Word)
  • save the document to your computer
  • connect your PDA to your computer via the cradle
  • synch the Word Document to your PDA
  • save the file to your PDA
