Following the Council planning retreat in March 2006, five key strategic directives were outlined and supported by an operational plan of action for the next three years. This 2006 Strategic Plan is the foundation upon which the College will plan activity, focus human and financial resources, and hold itself accountable. A link to the 2003 Strategic Plan is also included as information on the evolution of College goals and objectives leading up to the current plan.
