The University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics is asking for your participation in a survey.

In light of the current H1N1 pandemic, ethical issues around health care providers have become a concern in pandemic response. This Health Care Provider Survey is requested in order to explore the attitudes and perspectives of health care providers when dealing with the pandemic in their workplace. It is aimed at all Canadian health care providers. The survey can be found online here:
