How to apply to sit the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam:

Document Evaluation application form, documents and application fee must be received by July 15, 2008, in order to sit the October 25, 2008 certification examination.

Please note, the October 25, 2008 exam will be the last certification exam administered by the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Eligible candidates unable to sit the October exam or who are unsuccessful at passing the exam will still be able to pursue registration as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician. The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) will begin offering a national evaluating exam, which will take the place of the College’s certification exam in 2009.
