Login to PACE Portal

Getting Started

After your PACE application has been processed, the candidate and assessor will each receive an email with an individual user name and password. Do not share this information.

You will not have access to the PACE Portal until your Orientation period begins.

During the Orientation Period

You are strongly encouraged to review and use the resources provided in the PACE Portal.

On Day 1 of the Orientation, login to the PACE Portal to complete the Agreement. There is a separate copy for the candidate and for the assessor.

On the last day of the Orientation, login to the PACE Portal to complete the Declaration of Readiness for Assessment. There is a separate copy for the candidate and for the assessor.

During the Assessment Period

Every day, the candidate is expected to document and post in their practice journal at least 2 or 3 practice opportunities they had encountered. By the end of the Assessment, you must have posted a total of 30 practice journal entries.

The assessor is expected to regularly review the candidate’s practice journal entries.

During Development (if applicable)

Candidates who require development will continue to have access to their performance profile with their PACE assessment result and the posted resources. The candidate must save their PACE learning action plan in the PACE Portal. The performance profile and learning action plan must be shared with the coaching pharmacist outside of the PACE Portal since the coaching pharmacists will not have access to the PACE Portal.

Once the development candidate and their coaching pharmacist have agreed that the candidate has met their learning action plan goals and is ready for reassessment, the candidate must submit the Declaration of Development Completion found in the PACE Portal.
