This report provides updates on our statutory responsibilities, such as registration, quality assurance, and complaints and discipline. It also highlights what we’ve achieved in 2019 as part of our key initiatives, including those aimed at enhancing system and patient outcomes, strengthening trust and confidence in the College, and addressing emerging opportunities to advance quality and safety.
