Summary
The objective of the HIRE IEHPs project is to develop, implement, and evaluate a broad array of education and institutionally targeted interventions to determine how best to address issues of access and equity in the workplace. IEHPs continue to experience challenges in securing gainful employment commensurate with their qualifications, even after successfully receiving licensure or registration with their profession-specific regulatory body. This project will see the development and delivery of educational interventions aimed at IEHPs, mentors, employers, co-workers and other stakeholders.
