Summary
Pharmacists are required to make clinical decisions related to
medication therapy on a daily basis. Some decisions are relatively
simple, while others can be quite complex. This module will explore
clinical decision making in pharmacy practice at a practical level,
providing examples routinely encountered in community settings.
Participants will be able to reflect on their own practice and will be
able to gain confidence in their skills as they work through the module.
