Summary

This 4 part video is the recording from a session presented by Professor Zubin Austin of the University of Toronto Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at a Markham Pharmacists’ Association event in 2013. Professor Austin explores pharmacists’ psychology as individuals and professionals based on theories in social psychology. He discusses pharmacists’ personality traits and their impact on pharmacists’ inter-professional collaboration, response to conflict, and adoption of new scopes of practice.
Each part is 16 to 20 minutes for a total of 70 minutes.
