Without question the pharmacy marketplace is changing. There is an increasing emphasis on reducing costs and implementing barriers in the provision of government supported services (e.g. MedsCheck). Pharmacists have to start thinking differently, demonstrate what they can do for patients and ask for appropriate payment.
This presentation will explore how sales and marketing strategies can increase pharmacy revenue and demonstrate how they can improve overall patient care and pharmacy experience. This will be provided in an interactive format where audience members can practice how to use common sales strategies to maximize uptake.
