As part of the College’s commitment to enhancing our Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional tool, we have recently added additional information about pharmacy professionals. On the General tab of a pharmacy professional’s profile, users can now see the language(s) in which the pharmacist or pharmacy technician is capable of providing patient care.
Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional can be used to search for pharmacy professionals who can provide care in a particular language. Learn more on the language search page.
We also recently added a note to the Registration History tab of pharmacy professional’s profile when they have reported that they are registered with a pharmacy regulatory authority in any other jurisdiction outside of Ontario.
Please note that both the language and registration in other jurisdiction information is self-reported by the member and is not independently verified by the College. Learn more about the terminology we use in the Glossary of Terms.
