Regis Vaillancourt, President of the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), today announced the appointment of Nancy Lum-Wilson as Registrar and CEO effective January 9, 2017.
Ms. Lum-Wilson comes to OCP from the Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), where she has served as Director, Health Systems Planning and Design since 2012. Prior to joining the LHIN, Nancy spent seven years with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care in increasingly senior roles.

Her passion for the profession, keen understanding of government process, and her excellent track record for developing and implementing strategies that deliver will enable her to manage the challenges and opportunities facing the College now and in the future.”
As Director with the Central LHIN, Ms. Lum-Wilson led the development of the Integrated Health Service Plan and managed a diverse portfolio, which included Primary Care, Chronic Disease Prevention and Management, Palliative Care, Mental Health and Addictions and Health Links. Under Nancy’s leadership her team won awards for creative approaches to complex health challenges faced in the region. While with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, Nancy made significant contributions while serving in lead roles in the Health Program Policy and Standards Branch as well as Drug Programs Branch. Prior to joining the Ministry in 2005, Nancy worked in the pharmaceutical industry and in retail pharmacy. She is a licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
