The Board of the Ontario College of Pharmacists today has announced that Nancy Lum-Wilson is no longer the CEO and Registrar and will begin recruitment for a new CEO and Registrar.
Effective immediately, Susan James (Director of Quality) will serve as the Acting Registrar, and Connie Campbell (Director of Corporate Services) will serve as the Interim Chief Operating Officer. During this transition Susan, Connie, and Angela Bates (Director of Conduct) will be providing operational leadership for the College, which remains firmly focused on serving and protecting the public interest in its oversight of Ontario’s pharmacies, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
The Board is committed to ensuring a seamless continuation of the College’s day-to-day operations and to ensuring the critical work associated with its public-protection mandate continues unimpeded. The Board has full confidence in the Senior Executive Leadership Team and we appreciate their support during this period of transition.
