The College is seeking qualified frontline pharmacy professionals to be Practice Assessment of Competence at Entry (PACE) assessors for pharmacy technician applicants. PACE assessors ensure that applicants meet the College’s practice-based requirements to deliver safe, quality care.

Later this year, the College’s Structured Practical Training Program (SPT) will be replaced by PACE. PACE will become the practice-based registration requirement for pharmacy technician applicants who are not already licensed in another Canadian jurisdiction. To support this transition, the College is recruiting qualified PACE assessors.
