Getting Started

• Review the demo videos of the Training Portal:
  • Demo video for preceptors
  • Demo video for pharmacy technician applicants
• Access to the training portal will be available on the day after you start your training
• On your first day at training, login to the Training Portal and review the training agreements before accepting them and then complete the pre-rotation assessment. The date you complete your pre-rotation self-assessment activates the due dates for your remaining assessments
• Familiarize yourself with the following documents found in the Resources tab:
  • Training Portal Guide — how to navigate the Training Portal
  • Rotation Planning Guide — how to schedule the activities during the training

Technology Requirements:

• Internet access
• Valid e-mail address
• If you have restricted internet access at your practice site, ask the designated manager to contact the pharmacy’s IT department to add the following links to the list of permitted sites:
