Council Nominations — Are You in District H or N?

The College will be holding Council elections for two seats in district H (hospital) and three seats in district N. Interested in becoming involved? Nominations are open until Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Only pharmacists in electoral districts H and N can nominate, be nominated or vote in this election.

More information on the election process can be found our website. The election will take place on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.

Note that another way to get involved with the College is by becoming a non-council committee member. You can be appointed to one of our committees without being an elected member of Council.  Learn the about eligibility requirements and how to be considered.

 
 

New Educational Videos to Help You Practice to Your Full Scope

The University of Toronto, as part of an ongoing research initiative supported by the College, released the first three in a series of nine educational videos. The videos have been developed to help you break through barriers, identified from research, that may be challenging you from practicing to your full scope and optimizing patient care.

Initial topics include:

  • Clinical Decision Making in Pharmacy Practice
  • A difference of Opinion – Managing Issues Due to Expanded Scope
  • Documentation in the World of Expanded Scope
