Reconciliation of Controlled Substances

The e-Learning module for Reconciliation of Controlled Substances provides a detailed overview and learning activities intended to support pharmacy teams with the reconciliation process. Having effective reconciliation processes in place will help Designated Managers maintain accurate inventory levels, to identify losses and potential theft or diversion. A proper reconciliation process also ensures compliance with the requirements under the Narcotic Control Regulations and ensures patient and public safety.
