The College Board is composed of:
- 7 elected pharmacists
- 2 elected pharmacy technicians
- 9 to 16 public members (appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario)
- 3 Deans from the faculties of pharmacy at University of Toronto, University of Waterloo and University of Ottawa
College committees support the work of the Board. The committees are made up of elected pharmacy professionals, public members and professional committee appointees..

- Fitness to Practise Committee
- Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee
- Patient Relations Committee
- Quality Assurance Committee
