Ontario College of Pharmacists’ Service Charter

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Service Charter – a set of commitments that inform how we will uphold our values and conduct ourselves according to our regulatory principles.

This past year, the Board approved the 2024–2028 Strategic Plan, which included a set of new values and regulatory principles to guide our work and decisions as a regulator. Our Service Charter, which includes a series of specific and meaningful service commitments, naturally build off of these principles and represent how we will hold ourselves accountable to them in our day-to-day work.

In other words, our Service Charter is our promise to you. It is an expression of what you – whether you are a registrant, an applicant, a member of the public or one of our system partners – can expect when interacting with the College.

We believe we are the first Ontario health regulator to establish something like this. It shows how serious we are about our values and principles and our commitment to live by them.
