About Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional

The Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional section of the Ontario College of Pharmacists’ (OCP) website allows users to access useful information about their pharmacy or pharmacy professional.

The College is required to maintain this part of the website by law. Sometimes known as the “public register”, Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional includes lots of useful and specific information about pharmacies and pharmacy professionals in Ontario.

It’s for the public

The College’s mandate is to serve and protect the public. As such, Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional was re-designed in 2016 with a single audience in mind — the public. There is a focus on making things easy-to-find, simple to-understand and transparent.

We’ve tried to minimize jargon and provide supporting information and context to explain regulatory processes wherever possible. The Glossary of Terms is a useful page that provides simple definitions for many of the terms on Find a Pharmacy or Pharmacy Professional.
