The College’s new video, “How to File a Complaint,”
is designed to give you an overview of how to file a complaint about the
care you or a loved one has received from a pharmacist or pharmacy
technician in Ontario.
In the video, you’ll learn about the steps you need to take to file a
complaint and how the complaints process works, including what happens
once the complaint is filed and the action(s) that can be taken.
