On September 18, 2015 College Registrar, Marshall Moleschi, sent a letter to Hospital Pharmacy Directors in Public and Private Hospitals, Designated Managers of Community Sterile Compounding Pharmacies, and Designated Members of Drug Preparation Premises to follow up to FDA warning issued for Becton-Dickinson (BD) Syringes.
