Hospital Practice Advisor
The College is currently looking for a Hospital Practice Advisor to champion practice improvement initiatives.
As a Hospital Practice Advisor, you will help promote and support our vision of leading the advancement of pharmacy to optimize health and wellness through patient-centered care by building rapport with members and pharmacy teams. In addition to ensuring that practice meets legislation, standards and guidelines, your focus will be on coaching and sharing best practices, providing opportunities and resources to evolve practice and enhance health outcomes for patients.
