The College is currently developing the Continuous Quality Assurance for Medication Safety (CQA) program, following approval of the program by College Council in June 2017.
As part of this process, we are seeking a vendor to manage a medication incident reporting platform, perform data analysis and reporting, and provide training and technical support related to the use of the reporting platform to pharmacies implementing the program.
The College has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document, with a deadline of August 22. For companies interested in preparing a proposal, a copy of the RFP can be requested from Tara Breckenridge at tbreckenridge@ocpinfo.com.
